Cook your rice with some salt till slightly hard...drain the water and allow to cool

Take chicken in a bowl..add salt pepper and soya sauce...keep aside for few mins...now fry in oil till colour changes... Keep aside

Fry egg like scramble with salt and little pepper and keep aside

Chop your vegetables as small as possible...keep aside

Fry your prawns with salt for few mins till water evaporates...keep aside

Now add remaining oil to a non stick wok(if not non stick u may add a little more oil).. add your vegetables salt pepper...fry for 2-3 mins....add the rice and mix all together...fry for again 2-3 mins...now add the chicken egg and prawns....keep frying and mixing all together....now add little salt and pepper and ajinomotto (optional)the chopped spring onions

Put the flame off and serve hot and hot with chilli chicken or any other side dish....it is so wholesome it can b eaten on it's own also
