Steps

Chop onion into slices.

Chop green chillies, coriander, and curry leaves

In a bowl add Ragi flour, besan, and mix
- 4
Add onion, green chillies, salt turmeric, cooking soda, chat masala, black salt,coriander, curry leaves, ajwain and cummin seeds salt to taste and mix all

Add hot oil,add water and make a thick batter, rest it for 5 mins.

Fry into medium hot oil.
