Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice, bring back to boil. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 3 minutes for cheese to. Melt.
