  1. 1 cantuna, drained well
  2. 2 tbspprepared mustard (adjust depending on how strong you like it)
  3. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  4. 1small onion, finely diced
  5. 1garlic cloves, finely diced (optional)
  6. salt
  7. cracked black pepper
  8. 1 tbspsquerty cheese

    Transfer the tuna to a small bowl.

    Then add all the other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix well. Spread onto your sandwich. And enjoy.
