Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  • 2.2 lbsground beef (1 kg)
  • 2potatoes, diced into small cubes
  • 1carrot, finely chopped
  • 4 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cuptomato puree
  • 1roma tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoonschicken bouillon
  • 1bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix and sauté all the vegetables except the ground beef.

    Sauté the ground beef with the 1/4 cup tomato puree and 1/2 cup water (120 ml).

    Combine the vegetables with the ground beef and let simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

    Serve with white rice on the side. Enjoy!
