  1. 1

    Chop green onion to about 1/4 inch.

  2. 2

    Place on tray with parchment paper

  3. 3

    Place in freezer or ten or fifteen minutes until frozen.

  4. 4

    Pick up paper by the sides and dump into glass jar, keep in freezer.

  5. 5

    Shake frozen onions into recipe or salad.
