Ingredients

  1. 1/2jalapeño pepper minced
  2. 1tomato diced
  3. 1mango diced
  4. 1 tspchopped cilantro
  5. Sauce/dressing
  6. 1/2 tbspvinegar (I used mango infused vinegar)
  7. 1/2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 1/2 tspsambal (or chili flakes)
  9. 1/4 tsplime juice
  10. 1squeeze the mango that's left around the seed and get as much juice as you can from the mango

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop/dice/mince all the other ingredients and mix together with the sauce.

  3. 3

    Keeps well in the fridge for few days (never really last that long here) serve with chips, grilled chicken wraps/pitas, salads , or alone 😊 enjoy! 🌼
