Ingredients

  1. 10shrumps
  2. 1shallot
  3. 100 mldry white wine
  4. 400 mlwater
  5. 300 mlfresh cream
  6. 10leaves celery
  7. 1shives
  8. 1coriander powder
  9. 1 pinchof curry
  10. 3 gramssaffron
  11. 30 gramsflour

Cooking Instructions

    FOR the sauce cream: cut the shrumps in pieces and put in a pan with heads!! Add shallot, celery shopped, white wine, water, a pinch of curry and cook 20mn. Put a lid and infuse 10mn. Separate the juice with a sieve. Add in juice fresh cream, salt, Black pepper, coriander, lemon zest (no lemon juice ) the saffron and finally the flour: mix!! And cook 15 - 20mn , stir often …

    Wash the molds, put in a large pan, add lemon pieces, Leaves of celery, shallot and add all over warm water. Cook 30mn. Serve warm With shives shopped!
