in a pan put canola oil in about a centimeter high

put heat on medium

when the pan is warm crack 3 eggs into the canola oil and let it cook then take a spoon and poor hot canola oil over egg whites

after the egg whites are done then poor hot canola oil over egg yolk
- 5
keep doing that until they are done. no need to flip them!

you don't want the oil to be over the top of the egg. you want the egg whites to be submerged lightly
