2 tbspplain flour
600 mlmilk
2 tbspgrated cheese
1 pinchcayenne pepper
1 cantuna
1 cansweetcorn
1 dashbreadcrumbs

Melt butter

Add flour and stir until well mixed

Remove from stove and gradually add milk keeping mixture smooth
4

Return to stove and stir until it thickens
5

Add cheese, cayenne pepper, tuna and sweetcorn

Put in oven dish sprinkle with more cheese and breadcrumbs
7

Heat in oven 180°F
