For people who enjoy eating giblets (^__^) I totally love it, its delicious.
Steps

A quick snapshot of the ingredients.

Heat oil in pan and deep fry the giblets for 10-15mins or until golden brown and season with chicken Masala, salt and ginger garlic paste.

Put little oil and add the veggies. Stir fry it for 5mins. Do not overcook.

Splash in the soy sauce and add the finely chopped spring onion add more seasoning as needed. Stir fry for a couple of minutes.

In a platter place the lettuce at the bottom and the fried chicken giblets on the top and sprinkle the Fresno peppers.

Serve hot and enjoy the meal. Best with plain bread or sticky rice and more chilli sauce of course. I love spicy hot =]
