Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBajra atta
  • 1/2 cupRagi atta
  • to tastesalt
  • lukewarm water (for dough making)
  • for stuffing
  • 2 tspGreen methi leaf
  • 1Chop green chilli
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspchop spring onion
  • 2 tablespoonChop spring garlic
  • 2 tablespoonboiled peas
  • oil (for shallow frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Ragi flour and Bajra flour,salt mix ke lukewarm water se soft dough ready ke liya.

  2. 2

    Stuffing ingredient mix kar liye.

  3. 3

    Dough ke ball bana kar stuffing fill kar polythene par dough rakh kar hath se roti bana ke hot tawa par both sides oil laga ke crispy fry ke liya.
