12ripe strawberries
12chocolate chips (I used Moo-Free Vegan No Soy brand)
24flaked / slivered almonds or raisins
black writing icing
3strawberry licorice laces, cut into quarter lengths
some coconut milk cheese, cut into small wedges

Hull, wash and dry the strawberries

Cut 2 slits near the pointed end to insert the almond flakes /raisins for ears

Use the writing icing to make eyes under the ears and put a blob on the point to stick a chocolate chip nose on

Make a slit where you removed the green tops and push a piece of strawberry lace into it
5

Serve the mice with a little wedge of cheese and watch your kids faces light up!
