Ingredients

  1. 125 gramsmarg
  2. 1vanilla cakemix
  3. 1 cupcoconut
  4. 300 gramssour cream
  5. 1canned pie apples or peaches (drained)

    Preheat oven 160

  2. 2

    melt 125 grams of marg

  3. 3

    Mix with cake mix

  4. 4

    Add coconut

  5. 5

    mix together and press into greased lamington tin

  6. 6

    Bake 15 mins at 160

  7. 7

    Topping

  8. 8

    Mix sour cream with apples or peaches

  9. 9

    Spread on top of cake

  10. 10

    Sprinkle with cinnamon

  11. 11

    Bake for 12 mins
