  1. 1/4 lbLinguine Pasta
  2. 1 lbChicken Breast
  3. 1Green Bell Pepper
  4. 1/2Red Bell Pepper
  5. 4Portobello Mushrooms
  6. 2 tbspMinced Green Onion
  7. 2 tbspButter
  8. 1 1/2 cupHeavy Cream
  9. 2 tspSalt
  10. 2 tspDried Oregano
  11. 1 1/2 tspPaprika
  12. 1 tspCayenne Pepper
  13. 1 1/2 tspGround Black Pepper

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once fully boiling, pour in Linguine Pasta. Cook according to box and stir to prevent sticking.

    Dice Green Bell Pepper, 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, 4 Mushrooms, 2 Tbs Minced Green Onion. Put aside in bowl.

  3. 3

    Slice Chicken Breast into thin strips. Pour into bowl then add ingredients. Salt, Oregano, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Ground Black Pepper. Mix well into chicken.

    Bring frying pan to medium heat. Once fully heated add 2 tbs Butter. Then pour bowl of chicken into pan and cook until done. About 6-8 min.

  5. 5

    Add bowl of veggies. Cook until soft. About 3-4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Pour in heavy cream. Mix very well with ingredients. Let simmer while mixing frequently with lid off for about 12 min. Garnish with extra seasonings. Wait for sauce to thicken up.

    Mix pasta into sauce and serve.
