  • 5 clovegarlic
  • 500 gramspork
  • 2 pieceginger
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1red chilli
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut pork into thin slices about 2 inches thick. Rub salt and sugar onto it. Wash after 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Chop garlic and ginger into small pieces. Add soy sauce

  3. 3

    Marinade pork with the sauce in step 2 for about 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Fry the pork till cooked.

  5. 5

    Add sliced red chilli into it.
