Roll out balls of goat cheese and then mix up the panco with a Lil salt and pepper and The Herbs De provance

Fry on a shallow pan till golden brown

Top off with a Pemento and add to a salad or to a crostini with mixed Greens tossed with a Lil vinaigrette.

I'm a Chef now after being in the Bar business for over 30 yrs. I always loved cooking for my family and friends and I got my cooking chops at the Hilton hotel in Odessa,TX about 23 yrs ago when I volunteered to help out in the kitchen after our staff walked out on a strike!
