  • 1 boxTomato Basil Bisque
  • 1 packagesSourdough bread
  • 1 1/3 lbgueirer cheese
  • 1 1/3 lbwhite cheddar
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise

  1. 1

    Spread mayo on one side of each piece of bread put it onto the the hot grill after about a min add the cheeses to all the pieces of bread.

  2. 2

    Heat up the soup any kind will do ..homemade is best but every one isn't a chef so..

  3. 3

    Then put the two sides of bred together and turn over and over until alk cheeses is melted. Cut into quarters then pour the soup into the mini cups and top with the sandos!

I'm a Chef now after being in the Bar business for over 30 yrs. I always loved cooking for my family and friends and I got my cooking chops at the Hilton hotel in Odessa,TX about 23 yrs ago when I volunteered to help out in the kitchen after our staff walked out on a strike! In one week I was offered a position to be his apprentice and recited my Certificate in 11 months! I went on to do catering for the next 18 yrs!
