Blanch the cauliflower florets and green peas

Heat a pan add whole jeera,bay leaf

Now add chopped green chillies and ginger paste.sautte for a while.

Add cauliflower florets and green peas.

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover.

As the florets become tender add chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Cover it and allow the tomatoes to get soft.

Finally add sugar (optional) and chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot with chapati or paratha
