250 grice of your choice
1 tspturmeric powder
1green pepper
4cubed chopped carrots
1 pinchsalt
1onion, chopped
3 tbscooking oil
1chopped tomatoes

Steps

30 mins

Fry onions with cooking oil till golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook till softened enough

Add carrots, green pepper and mix or stir.

Add 2 cups water then turmeric powder. Add washed rice and salt.

Cover and cook for 20mins or till ready.

Serve with beef.
