One day, I was in the mood for some pancakes. I didn't have the ingredients for blueberry pancakes; all I had were some eggs, sugar, and a crate of blueberries. It was fun to make, super simple, and tastes exactly like pancakes but without the fuss!

Fry the blueberries until they become a dark blue colour. It should smell really sweet!

Squish the blueberries down and sprinkle your sugar evenly across them ( just the first tablespoon)

Add the eggs and scramble!

Add the last tablespoon of sugar

Mix well! The eggs should turn a blue colour with a tint of golden brown on the edges
