  3. 1 1/2 cupJumbo Turkey Franks
  4. 1 tspGarlic
  5. 1/2 cupSliced Red Bell Pepper
  6. 1/2 cupSliced Green Bell Pepper
  7. 1/2 cupSliced White Onions
  8. 1Chop Green Onions (Garnish) (optional)

    Slice jumbo turkey franks hot dogs diagonal

  2. 2

    Pour olive oil in frying pan on medium low heat

  3. 3

    Add the franks

  4. 4

    Add chop garlic

  5. 5

    Let franks & garlic brown alittle

  6. 6

    Add sliced white onions

  7. 7

    Add sliced green & red bell pepper

  8. 8

    Stir all together & let it cook

  9. 9

    (optional) add green onions on top for garnish
