  • 4 dashpeper
  • 1/4 tbspseasoned salt
  • 1 tspparsley flakes
  • 1 dashjamaican curry powder
  • 1 dashmustard
  • 2 dashhotsauce
  • 1/4 dashketchup

    Sweat the bell pepers and onion

    Brown the ground beef

    Add sauce and ketchup

    Add dry ingrediants

    Stir and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
