Boil your noodles add one teaspoon of sesame oil these take 4 minutes

In a pan add vegetables except the can of peas olive oil spices let cook covered

Add noodles

Add can of peas

Add Alfredo sauce add quarter jar of water put lid on shake well to get out the left in sauce after you have emptied them

Stir well let simmer 7 minutes cover remove from heat 7 minutes more
