Ingredients

  • 6chicken breast
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1 tspwhole leaf oregano
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 2 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tspfenugreek
  • 2/3 cupcabernet-merlot by yellow tail
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 largered/purple onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a deep pan add olive oil

  2. 2

    Add spices

    Add onions

    Simmer turning four times 7 minutes per turn

    Add wine boil for 7 minutes turn and cover remove from heat let sit covered undisturbed 7 minutes
