In my family we were 12 siblings and sometimes there was not enough money to buy things like meat and fish ... but my mother loves all astute and fighting house to give their children something rich and special, to us this recipe with a little shredded chicken broth and much more besides enriching it with some red tomatoes cooked ... with all the other ingredients always tastes delicious. !!! And we are delighted. And grateful to our mother for cooking humble but delicious !!!

Sopa De Tortilla

Ingredients

  1. 1onion finely chopped
  2. 1red tomato finely chopped
  3. 2avocados to accompany
  4. 5 mediumred tomatoes cooked in a little water
  5. 1 1/2 largechicken broth
  6. 1 bunchcilantro
  7. 1 cuppeas
  8. 1 cupchopped carrot to taste
  9. 1 cupfresh or Parmesan cheese
  10. 1Salt to taste
  11. 1 clovegarlic peeled
  12. 16Corn Tortillas chopped into small pieces
  13. 22 cups oil to refrying the tortillas
  14. 1Mixed Spices to taste (cloves, cumin and pepper)

Cooking Instructions

    It begins to heat the oil in a pan and tortillas are browned, remove the exes are getting fat underneath paper towels or put on a cast. Is left on aside.

    Tomatoes are liquefied and left. In a pot pie pan (deep) gets a little oil and onion, tomato and minced garlic to add a little soft. Then you add the chicken broth, peas and carrots also ground tomatoes without strain.

    When is already boiling add salt and spices carefully because the chicken may already have salt and we don't want to much salt you can add the peas so leave it for about 15 min. It goes out.

    To serve you put on a plate or vowl this rich broth and tortillas when it go to eat so they are crispy and know richest are added, it gets a little cheese to taste cilantro and avocado slices. And enjoy it said. !!!
