Chop onions, tomatoes, garlic and chilli.

Put everything in a sauce pan and simmer for about an hour.

Blend.

Serve with pasta, potatoes, rice, on pizza... anything essentially!

Can be frozen for later use. In the photo below just chopped and fried some bacon... I'll throw it over pasta later ;-)
