Ingredients

2 cups
  • 6 tbspmelted or lightly browned butter
  • 6 tbspsherry vinegar
  • 6 tbspevo
  • Tbspwhole grain dijon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Small shallot
  • cloveGarlic
  • Squeezehalf a lemon
  • Tbspchopped fresh tarragon
  • Couple pinches of white sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except for the butter and process until smooth

  2. 2

    Slowly drizzle in butter and process for about 30 seconds and check for seasoning

  3. 3

    Set aside covered
