As a picky eater, as a child, this was one of my favorite meals from my mom. The chicken was so juice and buttery, to this day I love it. Even my husband, when we first moved in, thought it was delicious (even for my choking skills) lol!!!

Steps

Heat up skillet or frying pan for medium high
- 2
Use a fork and stab several holes on both sides of the tenderloin for the juices to drain

Season both sides of the tenderloin
- 4
Add butter into the pan (I use 6 tbls) and start frying the chicken tenderloins. Cook until chicken is golden brown and has an internal temp of 165. Voila!
