  5. 1/8 tsppepper
  6. 8Chicken thighs & legs
  7. 1 cupRice

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients in casserole dish and top with chicken

  2. 2

    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 425

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake another 10 minutes at 425

  4. 4

    Optional: sprinkle with cracked pepper & Parmesan cheese before serving
