1/2 lbground beef
1/4 cupOnion
3 eacheggs
1/2 cupcooked rice
1/2 dozentortillas
3 tbspsour cream
3 tbspnacho cheese
1 1/2 packagestaco seasoning

cook rice like normal, brown ground beef and drain grease

add oinons and taco seasoning to beef and cook until onions are tender

scramble the eggs and season with light salt and pepper. if you like fry your tortillas too

once everything is done assemble like you would any other taco! ENJOY!
