Nutella Stuffed Pancakes
This is really good. Very light & fluffy.
Steps
- 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, & sugar. Set aside.
- 2
In a large bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter, eggs, & vanilla extract.
- 3
Gradually add the flour mixture in to the milk mixture. Stir gently with a whisk just until the large clumps are out. Do not over stir or the pancakes will not be fluffy & light.
- 4
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- 5
Heat & butter a pan on medium heat. When the pan is ready, add 1/4 cup of the batter. After a minute or so, add 1 tbsp of Nutella to the center of the pancake. Use a knife to gently spread out.
- 6
Cover the Nutella with about 2 tablespoons of the batter or enough to cover up the Nutella. You may need to turn down the heat at this point so the other side doesn't cook up too fast.
- 7
When bubbles at the top of the pancake & the underside is golden, gently flip it over & cook the other side until golden.
- 8
Make the rest of the batter.
- 9
Serve with strawberries, bananas, cool whip, syrup, etc.
