Pretty good spin on the cheesecake. I also made my own graham cracker crust.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt, & nutmeg.

Beat in the vanilla extract & eggnog. (You can also substitute the vanilla extract with 2 tablespoons of dark rum, if desired.)

Beat in the eggs, one at a time until blended & creamy.

Pour the batter into the crust & bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven & let chill before serving.
