  1. 19-inch Graham Cracker Crust
  2. 16 ozCream Cheese; softened
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. 2 tbspAll Purpose Flour
  5. 1/4 tspSalt
  6. 1/2 tspNutmeg
  7. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  8. 3/4 cupSilk Eggnog
  9. 2 largeEggs

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt, & nutmeg.

  3. 3

    Beat in the vanilla extract & eggnog. (You can also substitute the vanilla extract with 2 tablespoons of dark rum, if desired.)

  4. 4

    Beat in the eggs, one at a time until blended & creamy.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into the crust & bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from the oven & let chill before serving.
