Ingredients

  1. Salad
  2. 1/4 cupDry Quinoa
  3. 1 cupshelled Edmame
  4. 9 smallGrape Tomamtoes Sliced half
  5. 1/3 cupOnion
  6. 3 tbspVegetable broth
  7. Dressing
  8. 2Lemon squezzed
  9. 2 tspDijon mustard
  10. 1 tspAgave Nector ( Honey)
  11. 1 pinchCumin or black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook quinoa in apot with about 1 cup water until it becomes like rice.

  2. 2

    In a heated pan, pour the veggie broth, let simmer, now add onioms, tomatoes and all the fav veggies

  3. 3

    Then transfer quinoa to tge heated pan ans stir fry.

  4. 4

    Add dressing on top.
