Preheat oven 350°

Grease and flour 9 x13 in pan

In a bowl cream oil, sugar and eggs and mix well. Add pineapple, grated carrots, nuts, coconut and mix well.

In another bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.

Add half the dry mixture to the creamed mixture, mix well, add remaining dry to the cream mixture, mix. Add the vanilla in last.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

While cake is in the oven you can make the icing, spread on cake while still warm.
