Mix the egg yolk

Cook all ingredients on the stove, except egg yolk and rhum, until its boiling.

Lower the heat, take a few tablespoon of the mixture into a bowl, slowly add the egg yolk to the cooling mixture.

Pour the mixture and egg yolk back to the pot, turn the heat into boiling point, add rhum essence
- 5
Vla: mix all the ingredients minus rhum essence into the pot, stir until it's boiling. Cool it a little bit, stir the rhum essence.

Pour vla over the pudding. Garnished with oreo or strawberry
