Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupfresh mint
  2. 1 1/2 cupwater
  3. 3 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 3/4 cupapple cider vinager
  5. 2 tbspfresh lemon juice
  6. 2fresh chopped jalapenos
  7. 1 tbsppectin per directions

    Add mint and water to a soup pan bring to a boil remove from heat let steep for 30

  2. 2

    Chop jalapeños, use to your taste. I like things hot I added 4 with one having seeds. Chop remaining mint.
