Dice up ingredients and throw in crock pot
Low 6 hours
High 4 hours when close to being done, drain and then shred. Turn off crockpot so food does not dry out. - 2
Serve with other ingredients for burritos. Can serve with rice and refried beans (for beans go easy on salt couple scoops sour cream a small amount of cheese salt garlic).

About the last hour. Pull out. Shred. Put back in. Don't drain. Make sure fluid level is above the top.
