Ingredients

  • 1/2Onion
  • 1 1/4 stickbutter or 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cupWater
  • 1 canEl pato (green -spicy)
  • 3Chicken bullion cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    High heat to bring to boil. Sauté onion in skillet of oil and cook couple minutes

  2. 2

    Pour in rice and brown up.

  3. 3

    Lower to medium heat

  4. 4

    Add water, el pato, and bullion

  5. 5

    Bring to boil, cover, and bring to low. Cook about half hour.
