Wanted to try something new. My own version of a cheaper Joe's crab :-) has a kick to it.

Ingredients

15 mins
2 servings
  1. 3 ozzatarains crab boil
  2. 2 tbspzatarains liquid crab boil
  3. 1sweet onion
  4. 4 smallears of corn
  5. 1red potatoes
  6. 2 cloveof garlic
  7. 1 tbspold bay seasoning
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 1salt
  10. 4blue crabs

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

Before anything make sure blue crabs are clean

  2. 2

Grab the pot that you are going to use and fill it up 1/2 way with water, add oil and salt. Set stove top to high.

  3. 3

Clean the potatoes, the corns and slice the sweet onion into 1/4. Add 2 full cloves of garlic. Add all into pot.

  4. 4

Add all of the seasonings. Leave the zatarains crab boil contents inside the bag. I left on high for 30min. Continue on moving the corn and potatoes around.

  5. 5

After 30min take some the corn and potatoes out in order to fit your crabs in. If the pot is big enough then just add the crabs.

  6. 6

Cook the crabs for 10min. Let cool down for a couple mins and enjoy :-) I served with homemade red mashed potatoes
