  • 5 mediumchicken halves
  • 1 canCream of mushrooms
  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 1salt
  • 1ground black pepper

    Season and cook chicken

  2. 2

    Mix cream of mushrooms and half of the evaporated milk in a bowl

  3. 3

    Pour over chicken and cover. Bring to a boil and let simmer 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
