Small fish with garam masala curry

Wash fish carefully and remove it's waste part

Mix one spoon turmeric powder garlic paste and salt and marinate for 15-20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and fri the fishes

Now remove the left over oil from pan and clean the pan

Heat the pan again pour oil to heat, add cumin seeds, tejpatta and panch foran
- 6
Now add onion paste and stir it, add garam masala, cumin seeds and garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry the mixture continuously until oil removes from the mixture. Now add chopped tomato and kasuri methi and mix it. Pour water and add salt. Cook for 10-15 mins and add the fried fish and cook for more 5-7 mins.
