4 cupwater
2 cupbeer
6 eachcubes chicken bouillon
1 packagesfrozen California blend veg.
2 1/2 cupdiced potatoes
2 cancream of chicken soup
1 cupshredded carrots
1 cupchopped celery
1/2 cupchopped onion
2 lbVelveeta cheese

Bring water & Beer to a boil
2

Add in chicken bouillon & all vegetables. , cook til tender.

Add cheese & chicken soup to tenderized vegetables.

Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted, about 1/2 an hour
