1 cupBesan
1 tspSuji
2 tspLemon juice
1/2 Cupwater
1/4 Cupcurd
as requiredSalt
pinchHaldi
2 tspSugar
1 pktEno
2-3 tspOil for greasing and tadka
For tadka oil
1 tspMustard seeds
1/2 CupCorinder leaves
as neededCurry leaves few
1/2 cupCoconut fresh

First mix besan and suji with curd the add little water

Add salt,haldi,Sugar, And eno give a nice mix grease the plate(steel)and pour the mixture and steam it for 20 to 25 minutes

When your khaman dhokla is ready in small pan make tadka and garnish it with corinder leaves and coconut
