  • 1 tspSuji
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 Cupwater
  • 1/4 Cupcurd
  • as requiredSalt
  • pinchHaldi
  • 2 tspSugar
  • 1 pktEno
  • 2-3 tspOil for greasing and tadka
  • For tadka oil
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 CupCorinder leaves
  • as neededCurry leaves few
  • 1/2 cupCoconut fresh

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix besan and suji with curd the add little water

  2. 2

    Add salt,haldi,Sugar, And eno give a nice mix grease the plate(steel)and pour the mixture and steam it for 20 to 25 minutes

  3. 3

    When your khaman dhokla is ready in small pan make tadka and garnish it with corinder leaves and coconut
