  • 2 lbYukon Potatoes
  • 1/4 cupSour Cream
  • 4 tbspMelted Butter
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • 1/4 tspGarlic Powder
  • 2 eachegg yolks

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and cut in halves

  2. 2

    Boil potato halves for 20 minutes then drain

  3. 3

    In large mixing bowl mash potatoes with potato masher.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    Mix with electric mixer until creamy

  6. 6

    Serve while still warm
