I usually use half of a banana in my breakfast cereal so I then take the other half and keep them in a bag in the freezer until I have enough. If you just wanted to make some Id peel about 4 or 5 ripe bananas and put them in a freezer bag or freezer safe tupperware. Freeze until solid.

Place bananas in the blender. Add a bit of yogurt to taste (you can even omit the yogurt if you choose). Add your sweetener...sugar splenda equal honey or anything you like.

Pulse in the blender adding milk as you go until it is the consistency you like.

Serve in bowls alone or with a caramel drizzel or chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
