Sausage Gravy
my family loves this for dinner over some biscuits
Steps

cook sausage in large skillet over medium to high heat, breaking it up as you go

cover sausage with flour, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well
- 3
pour milk over flour covered sausage
- 4
stir frequently until thick
- 5
if it is not thick enough for you..take a scoop of gravy out of the pan and add a tablespoon of floor to it, mix well, then put back into the pan to mix with the gravy...never put the flour straight into the pan
