Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBalsamic Vinegar
  2. 1/2 cupHoney
  3. 3Green Onions (chopped)
  4. 2 cloveGarlic (minced)
  5. 1/4 tspDried Rosemary (crushed)
  6. 1/4 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspPepper
  8. 1/4 cupButter

Cooking Instructions

    In a skillet or saucepan, whisk the vinegar, honey, green onions, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat and whisk in the butter until melted.

    Serve over pork chops or other meat.
