Preheat oven 375. Lightly grease muffin tin

Cook quinoa

Mix applesauce, mashed banana, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract in a bowl

Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly stir the wet into the dry until fully combined

Peel, core, and chop apple. Mix apple chunks into bowl
- 6
Fill each muffin cup to the top with quinoa mixture.

Add banana slice or two to the top of each
- 8
Bake 20-25 min
- 9
Let cool 5 min
