Besara means ,musturd gravy
Steps

Soak yellow musturd seeds for 30 mins

Clean & wash fish,peel the garlic & make a paste

Remove 2 -3 tsp & add yellow musturd seeds & grind make a smooth paste,

In a big bowl add fish, salt to taste,2 tdp turmuric pwdr, 1/2 tsp redchilli pwdr, 2-3 tsp garlic paste

Mix properly & marinate for 15 -20 mins

Heat oil in a pan add fishes cook both sides till crispy,remove on a paper towel,

Dont discard oil in same oil add black musturd seeds once its crackel then add garlic musturd paste,

Cook on medium heat adding salt, turmuric pwdr, redchilli pwdr, till it start leaving oil,

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft & paste become giving a nice aroman

Add dice boiled potato & cook for 2 mins then add water give a boil,

Add fried fish pieces,on med heat 5-6 mins cook,

So fish absorbed gravyn check the seasoning,add coriander leaves,

Turn off heat, serve with hot rice...
